The Foundation of Lee County Public Schools

The Foundation offers downloadable application forms for our various programs. The forms that are currently available are listed below.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view some of these forms. To download a free copy of the latest version of this program, click on the logo to the right or here.

You also have the option of typing directly onto the form using Acrobat Reader. Just place your cursor in the form field to type, then either print out the document or save it for further editing. Remember to read the individual form guidelines and requirements for more specific instructions.

Application for TSIC scholars 2007 - 2008 Word - PDF	Take Stock in Children is a scholarship and mentor program that offers eligible Lee County public school 6th - 9th graders a full tuition college scholarship upon graduation from high school providing the student has fulfilled his/her contract and met the requirements of the program.

Mini-Grant projects enrich standard curriculum, Directly enhance learning opportunities for students and promote business involvement in schools. Since its inception, over $900,000 has been awarded to Lee County public school teachers.

(proceeds from other tags do not stay in Lee County.) These learning opportunities aren't covered by tax dollars - they wouldn't be possible without your help.
